You will have direct involvement in preparing reports and financials while managing daily operations for closing processes. Working closely with the CFO and CEO, you will ensure financial goals are aligned across all departments. Your responsibilities include budget preparation, financial monitoring, variance reporting, and supporting audit activities while maintaining strict adherence to Peak 10’s financial policies and procedures.

In addition, you will manage internal audits, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and stay abreast of the latest regulations. Your ultimate goal is to support the CFO and CEO in maintaining and enhancing the portfolio’s financial stability, ensuring long-term growth and profitability.
