ETHAN APARTMENTS BREAKS GROUND!
Peak 10 Group and Fisher Family, along with Gallas Zadeh Development (GZD) have broken ground on a new 85-unit apartment complex called The Ethan on Main, located near Olde Towne East and the South of Main area on Main Street. The site is located at 1179 E Main Street, the former home to the Save A Lot grocery store, which closed in 2020. We have started construction on The Ethan Apartments!
Located in the heart of the South of Main neighborhood and on the Near East Side of Columbus, Ohio. A mix of new 1 & 2-bedroom apartments for Spring 2024!
