AUSTIN, TX – An Austin investment group purchased Cobalt Apartments Jan. 28th. The property traded at an undisclosed price. Ellen Muskin and Daniel Elam of Muskin Commercial, LLC represented the Seller, a partnership from Ohio in this transaction.
